anyone know where to find a good used one other than gun broker?

also how much should i be paying for a used one?

on the fence about buying new vs used, i usually prefer used as its usually a bit cheaper but most of these used seem to be about the same as new

The subsection of the forum doesn't get a lot of traffic.  From my experience local gun shops are the best place to find them used.  I have seen them for as little as $650 in past, however that number seems to be increasing lately.  There's really nothing to worry about going used in my opinion other than cosmetics.  It's an HK and the USP line is built like a tank.  The USP45c does tend to be a little higher than the other compacts.  Sorry I cannot be of more assistance.  If you choose new look at buds, top gun supply, grabagun to name a few.  Grabagun has the LE model that comes with night sights and 3 mags (this helps at almost $60 a mag) for $908 which is very reasonable.  Website states there are only two left in stock.

Do a search of completed auctions on gunbroker to see actual current selling prices. Used but not abused is fine if the price reflects it.
I found mine locally off Armslist last year........like new , case and mags for a fair price.

he didnt have any, i like the one on grabagun and i also found the same thing on centerfire, its about the same price, i like having the night sights and extra mag, saves me time and money

I cruise HKpro because I love HK pistols.  I have seen some 45 compacts for ~625 low end up to ~750 for very nice used examples in the sale section.  

I actually I bought a P2000 9mm on their for like 650 shipped with night sights.  


Good deals can be had on there if you can time it right.  

So, grabagun doesn't ship to Alaska, and that is stupid on a very special level

I just picked up a police trade USP 45 compact for $588 plus tax with three mags and night sights.  It is a left handed model (safety and decocker not slide release). I have admired the HK usp for a long time but stayed away due to lack of left handed controls. My understanding is that the shop got several of them on trade.  Send me an IM if you want LGS info.

You can't really go wrong new or used.

Solid guns, I really like mine. The mag prices are high, too high, in my opinion, so get as good a deal with as many mags as you can get if going used.
