From what I've seen the sights are the regular adjustable ones like they have on the Tactical, same for the trigger. The hard part is finding the counterweight and the extended barrel. I think Jarvis or someone made aftermarket extended O ring barrels a while back and someone else made clone counterweights. From what I remember the counterweights were different between the calibers as well.

I have one. I've had it from new and early on in my pistol shooting,
2 years to get hold of it and it was one of the last 3 to come from Germany so I'm told.
