Im very interested in this pistol and shot one a few times and was impressed, but just dont want a full size pistol. Any talk of a G19 sized model or slightly smaller?

Sorry if this is a dupe.

thanks

You and many others along with you would be more interested in a "VP9C", P2000/USPc sized version.

FWIW the VP9 and the P30 are closer in length to many compact pistols (USP Comapct, P229, etc.) than many full size pistols (USP, P226, etc.). The exception being the grip length.

The full size P30 being the P30L.

So I don't see a VP9c or a P30c in the works for that very reason, more likely would be a P30sk/VP9sk

VP9 is almost exactly the same size as a USP full size 9mm.  I posted a comparison photo in one of the VP9 threads.

I compared it at the shop and its closer to a full size Glock 17 , which I have no use for. Let's hope HK does the right thing, but until then I will hold off on this buy.

Don't see much difference.... the USPc isn't that much smaller IMO to make a notable difference. I don't see them making another model for such a marginal change.

USPc vs P30

And of course P30 being identicle to VP9

I'll be honest.  I'm really hoping for a VP45 this year.

I am carrying a vp9 with a tlr1, and it's great but a little bit smaller(USP compact) would be wonderful.

Me too, but I'd settle for a long slide VP9 as well.

Anyone think they'll unveil some new VP at SHOT 2015?
