Sent mine 1/6/15 and it STILL hasn't gotten there yet.
For $0.28 I could have upgraded from post with tracking/delivery confirmation to 2 day Priority mail. Wishing I'd done that now, last update was it departed a town close to Columbus on the 14th...and nothing after that. Was "supposed" to have been delivered on the 12th. I'm wanting to call HK to see if they'll accept an email submission instead :) |

They're normally $100+ most places. They're even $120 on Amazon right now. They have the ALS and SLS mechanisms on them along with the hood guard for the SLS and a mid-ride drop. I prefer just a standard Level II ALS holster, but even those are generally more expensive than these are at this sale price. I'll end up pulling the SLS mechanism, hood guard, and drop off the holster. I'll put a G-Code RTI hanger on the back of the holster to make it compatible with all of my holster mounts and the SLS will get reused to build a custom retention holster for my Walther PPX SD w/ TLR-1. After I plug the holes from the SLS mechanism with some matching screws, it should look professional. Win-win for me! Still no rebate.
I just called again today. The last time I called as 28 Jan (2 weeks ago) and I was told that I would have it within the following 2 weeks. The guy was friendly and was able to find my rebate and read me the model and serial number so I knew he wasn't bullshitting about processing it. I called again today because it has been 2 weeks and was told there was a delay getting more cards from Wells Fargo. I was told I'm in "batch #23" and that "batches 18, 19, and 20" are going out in the mail this Fri, 13 Feb. I was told "batches 21, 22, and 23" will be mailed out Fri, 20 Jan. I guess I'll call in another 2 weeks if I still haven't seen anything. What's sad is I'm using it to buy P30 mags and they could have just sent me a handful and skipped this whole goat rope.

Finally got it today.
Only took over twice as long as the stated 6 weeks, two separate submissions, and two phone calls. I was even able to file my taxes and receive my refund in less than a quarter of the time this took, and the IRS is a horribly inefficient bureaucracy that laid off a significant chunk of its labor pool before this tax season.

I called today since mine was delivered by the post office on January 5th . They said they did not have my information . They said to call back tomorrow once I attained my serial number . I was at work when I called so I did not have access to that information . I would call them and double check to see they lost your stuff too .

Im glad you did too because you probably would be up crap creek without a paddle. The second person I was in contact with was much more professional and their was no more fuss once I sent them my information again. |

I'd say we're at the "unacceptable" point right now... Not happy with how they've handled this. |

Instead of just asking the receptionist to be routed to someone about my rebate, I explained to her that I had already left several voice mails and had heard nothing back, and asked if there was someone else I could be transferred to. She was very understanding, and the woman she transferred me to got my light to me a few days after the call. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name or title, but maybe you could try doing the same thing. |

Bought my HK 45C on 12/31/14. Sent in rebate form the beginning of the 2nd week in January. Got my rebates in March. Used both last week, ran as credit, to buy a Vickers G17. Hope they do this again some day. Next buy would be a USP 45 Compact.
