Just make sure you order a USP compact holster and you will be good. Are you looking for a concealable rig?
I'm runnin a comptac Minotaur Spartan for IWB....very pleased thus far. For Open carry check out a Blackhawk SERPA.... |

Raven Concealment also makes a very nice Kydex IWB rig for the USPc/T. Mine works very well.

The HK 45C and 45 USP Compact are slightly different. I called serpa when I purchased my 45C and they said the USP would not work properly. It would fit but not quite right. I picked up a Crossbreed Supertuck for the 45C then purchased a USP compact. They both fit into the CBST but the 45C does fit it better. But for an IWB holster it works fine for me. I got a serpa style holster from HK for the 45C for $45. Though I don't use it since I got the CBST.

I have a Crossbreed like holster that I wore 1 time for a USPC 45.

I have a Brigade M-11 Hardcore on order for my USP45C. They look like VERY nice holsters and I've heard good things about them. I won't have mine for another few months, however. There's a 6-8 month backorder time, which kind of sucks, but I don't mind for a hand-made fitted leather holster.
