Doing my part to help Colt I just bought a (2015) 1991 9mm Government Stainless Model O1092 from my LGS.
I swapped a few parts that I had already such as a C&S Short Trigger, Delta Elite GS, XSE Enhanced Hammer, XSE Rosewood Grips and a Series 70 Arched MSH.

To break it in I ran through 500 rounds of various brands of ammo and used 7 9-round Metalform magazines without
a single FTF it functioned perfectly. What a sweet pistol a real joy to shoot should have brought more 9mm ammo with me.

You have that set up perfectly. It should have come from the factory that way.  Nice!!

That's nice. But if I was getting a 1911 in 9mm. It would have to be a dbl stack with a 6" slide.
