I have a colt frontier 22 lr pistol that this guy wants to buy, it is a 22 single action 22 lr with what they call a Q SUFFIX in the seral number. This gun is in 95% and i have the original box with paper work that came with it. What i need to know is what would be a fair asking price for this kind of pistol.....thank-you!

The Blue Book list a 95% "Q" series at $325.
This may be slightly low since the book is always behind due to publishing lead time.

The "Q" suffix was the first .22 Single Action Scout model made. These had aluminum frames, later models used Zamac (zinc).

Additions to the above price are:
Add 10% if the original box is with it.
Add 50% if it has original walnut grips, but only WITH the original box or a factory letter.
Add 25% if it's a "Q" model and has the early duo-tone finish of a bright finish frame with everything else blued.
