Your picture appears to show you shooting reloads. Are they they correct overall length? Also, check the magazine feed lips, are they damaged? Look at the rear face of the mag where the "ears" of the feed lips are, if it's cracked the lips may be splaying apart - dump the mag. That's all I can think of. Good luck.

some guns- I see it most in stock unmodded GI guns- don't like to feed lead/semi wadcutters. (hard to tell if the load you are using is a round nose or swc by the pic) the first tow things to do are:
1 try some factory FMJ-if it works then it is an ammo thing
2 if FMJ doesn't fly- try a different mag with fmj first- if it works try it with the lead.
beyond that it can get complicated to narrow down the cause
