THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
I'd love to buy one but I can't find the proper search term. Also does anyone know what they are selling for now?

Thanks!

Both the O1911 and the O1918 are selling for $1200 to 1300 now. There is a O1918 maybe used for just under $1000 on gun broker. Good luck with your search.

I am seeing the original 01911s going for around 1600, the 01918s going for around 1200 to 1300. Used you can find a 01918 for under a grand. I am in the market as well, I had to sell my 01911 back in September to pay off some bills and have regretted it ever since. I want to get another one ASAP, best trigger I have ever had on a pistol.

You might call Northwest Armory in Milwaukie, OR.

They had some repros there several months ago.

Timely post. Lately I've been wondering about the order for the less fancy 1911 Colt. Ordered just before the deadline at end of November. At the time delivery was supposed to start in January but gun makers are infamous for missing timelines. My price was $954 so if it ever arrives I'll definitely snap it up. Be my luck if the distributor dropped the ball and didn't place the order with Colt.

$1150 or $1175 is MSRP. Due to the demand, I consider it a fair price. I bought mine NIB for $1200 OTD around Christmas on an impulse buy.
