Sort of.
The slide locks up.

Here's how the original barrel looks.

Swapped locking block. Nope
Barrel only? Yup
New barrel, new locking block, and original locking block pin? Yup
Old barrel, original locking block, and new locking block pin? Nope

So, locking block pin it is.

"B" Berretta

"T" Taurus

Even though the dimensions are only a bit off, and the locking block pins look identical, it ended up being a matter of re-profiling the front slope and filing down the rear end to shorten the new pin a bit.

Cool post, thanks.  Although I hope I never shoot out the rifling on my Taurus barrel to need to do this ;)

Have your factory Taurus barrel threaded. It is the same as the Beretta, so there is plenty of meat for threading. I had mine done years ago.
