I own both the CNC and the original version of the Gotham.
I carry the CNC 90% of the time.
The CNC has a kydex wedge and claw molded into the holster to aid in concealment. my CNC also came with both soft loops and overhooks. For me, the overhooks sat just right. I love being able to get a full grip on the gun and the fit and finish is pretty dang good. Clark Trost (owner of CNC) was also much more pleasant to speak with regarding questions I had about the holster vs. my comms with bawidamann.
Finally, the biggest thing the CNC has going for it is the trigger coverage. It is the best fitting light bearing holster that I've ever used. Can't even slip a pinkie in there.
That being said, the Gotham conceals just a teeny bit better for me, most likely due to the physical claw. Now I have the gen 1 and I've been told the gen 2 is a bit better, but the gap between the Kydex and the trigger is concerning for me. I can slip a finger in and pull the trigger while the gun is holstered and that just gives me a big mental pause with a gun pointed at my johnson.
For reference, both holsters were used with a g19 w/ an x300u
