Dedicated Kydex Holster pics lets see em,

Kydex holsters are now more popular than ever. How about a pic thread?
Would be very helpful for those trying to decide which brand / design to go with.

Nobody made a p07 holster that I liked, so I went the DIY route

IWB, and works for AIWB and kidney area carry:
If I was going to do another one, there would be some very minor tweaks, but this one works great.  Unfortunately I don't have pics of all angles on my tinypic and quick to post, but I the contour on the back is very comfortable and covers up the decocker/safety.

OWB is simple,  Making a good IWB holster is an art.

If I were making another one, I would have the sweat guard go up another half inch or so, as there is basically no downside to that with this design.  But this one has been good enough for that to not be a bit priority.  I end the material at/along the trigger guard, so the holster is barely larger than just sticking the gun in your pants...  I have an adjustable retention screw attaching the belt clip,

I bought one of the original ones when they got big (and the 24 week wait) and it was awesome! I have sold and bought the same gun and holster a few times, always looking new.

I own two of the newer Ravens one w/light the other without. I actually prefer the older model reason: Although Raven went with injection molded OWB belt loops, due to their design the loops are low centered on the holster. Leading to the butt of the pistol tilting away from the body. This annoyed me so much I still use the older holster pictured. (There are some threads on here of shooters complaining of the same thing with Raven holsters. I purchased the OWB Pancake wings for one. They work bringing the pistol back closer to the body. I just hate how much extra belt space they take up.
Just ordered some of these:
Belt loops ebay
I think they will work seeing how it moves the belt loops higher up, keeping pistol from leaning out.
Kinda like on this holster a buddy gave me for my M9:

You can order your RCS holster with "drop loops" which are MD loops flipped upside down to achieve the same effect as those kydex ones without the breakage issue.

I never owned a kydex holster until three or four years ago, but have really come to appreciate them. Most of mine are from Crown Holsters, for glocks and M&P's; both with and without lights.

Crown Holsters "Royal Modular" holster for G26:

For M&P:

Backside - on all of my M&P kydex holsters, I ordered them with the sweat-shields and then modified them to hold the manual safety in the 'on' position when holstered. All my M&P's have the 1911-style safeties, except one CORE that isn't available with it:

For range, hunting and SHTF use, I prefer to use GCode holsters when I can and adaptors to the GCode wheel when I can.  Here's a few set up on my bat belt:

USP-45 Tactical in a Blade Tech.  Yeah, I got the USP-45F size holster so the end of the barrel does protrude a little:

USP-45 Tactical with UTL light in another Blade Tech holster:

Ruger SR9 in a Blade Tech holster:

Taurus 24/7 OSS/DS .45 ACP in a Blackhawk Serpa.  Yeah, the only holster really made for this pistol:

S&W M&P45 in a GCode XST holster.  I really like the release on these models!!!!

H&K VP9 in another GCode XST holster:

Steyr M9-A1 in a Bladetech WRS Level 2 holster.  A little more awkward to use than the GCode design but I still prefer them to a Safariland hood:

The secret to the rapid replacement on the GCode mounting wheel.  Insert the 3 studs into the keyholes, push down and the tab is pushed to the left to lock it in place.  To remove it, squeeze and press the locking tabs back to the right, move the holster up and out of the keyholes.  Very quick, easy and secure.  Not really good for concealed carry as it's a bit bulky but for OWB/bat belt carry, it's a pretty slick system!!

So that g-code works with serpas? I have a serpa on my belt for an SR9 as well.  By the way, your SR9 looks awesome, how did you get that fde color?

Raven holster with Bravo Concealment mag pouch

I previously stated the clips that come with the Raven holster do not keep the holster snug enough for me against my side (yes I tried the OWB wings.)
Finally mounted do it yourself belt loops off ebay..they work great.

I got sick of buying holsters and went the DIY route. Been selling to coworkers and friends and all my material and start up costs were paid for within 2 months.

Where at in Iowa are you? I've got a revolver I want to get a holster for, but not many kydex companies do revolvers.

Mic214 when did you get that Bravo Concealment RTT holster for the G26?  That is the exact one I want, but they don't have them in the RTT anymore for the G26/27, which is the 0 degree cant that I like.
