Who makes some good ones? I need a holster for a Glock 19 with an APL and a threaded barrel that can attach to an RTI mount.

Might try KT Mech as well. I'm not sure about the threaded barrel option, but it's worth asking about. The only issue I had was that I had to remove the retention hood to get it to work with RTI wheel.

This^. The dude does great work, he did me a RTI to fit my glock 19 with SF 300 wrapped in multicam and it looks wicked.
