If you're looking for a hybrid, definitely look at the Comp-Tac MTAC. One of the best around.
ETA: I like the leather better on the MTAC versus the Crossbreed. The fit and finish seems a bit nicer to me. |

I have a mini tuck. It has a nice small foot print and is comfortable.

Haley G-Code INCOG with one clip only at the position closest to grip. I think that holster is a game changer and that much better than anything else out there. Hate with a passion some of the big pancake slab holsters discussed in this thread.

I can't stand the CrossBreed/Alien Gear style holsters. Comp-Tac MTAC is the only thing I use anymore.

Crossbreed minituck is perfect for the G43,Crossbreed and Alien gear should not be mentioned in the same breath.

Stealth Gear for the win .the most comfortable iwb holster i have ever had.no comparison to a leather or horse hide .cooler more comfortable and no break in time.no squeaks from the leather .i stopped using a leather belt to.this is for my g43.i ordered one for my g19 when they had a 10 percent off sale over july 4th.wait time is around 3 to 3 and half week wait time.i always wear my shirt untucked.as far as what position to wear it at,just try different positions and whats most comfortable for you.

For a pistol of that size, I see no reason for anything but a single clip kydex IWB holster. After trying Alien Gear and hating it, I went with a Cook's kydex holster for my Shield. Couldn't be happier.

I had a crossbreed and didnt like it. too big, took up way too much real estate on the belt. comfy though

MTAC is my favorite IWB holster. AlienGear sucks, is uncomfortable and way too bulky.

I have both a Stealth Gear and a Crossbreed in AIWC and they both sucked for the 43. Crossbreed IWC is GTG and I hear lots of good about g - code AIWC.

My Crossbreed came in today for the G43. Fits the gun perfectly, and looks to be the same quality as the other Crossbreeds I have. I'm looking forward to breaking it in.

Put me in the camp that finds a IWB kydex holster with a single clip perfect for carrying this small flat guns like a G43, Shield or Sig 938. I sometimes pocket carry a G26 so my idea of what is needed may differ from some but the padded, breathable etc... holsters only shine when we are carrying much larger handguns IWB. Large handguns like 1911's, G41, MP 5" guns, etc. benefit from the cross-alien-stealth-tuck double clip backing material set up.
