Which height on the front sight would I get for Glock 19 gen 4?

Depends on the rear, just get the set and make it easy.

Getting the set is my plan. I was looking today and saw there were different front sight heights, and assumed the sets could be had in different  heights.  Are the sets only one height? I sent a email to Trijicon, no answer yet.

They should be a matched set. Get the one that is specific for your model.

What he said, one is for 9/40, the other 10/45.  Trijicon's site should show this info.
