I'm currently using a Theis iwb holster with their standard powered coated metal clips. I want to get some clips that completely loop around my belt (1.5" beltmanbelt) or atleast a metal j hook that goes around the belt.
The main problem I have is that bottom edge of my clips like to catch and scratch everything I walk next to. And working on boats doesn't help the problem.

You may need to add a spacer but all you need is some fuel line cut to fit. That's why most holster makers use is fuel line. Here is the full selection

Comp-Tac will sell you clips in any of the common carry belt widths, and in a handful of different colors.

I've broken 2 comp-tac C-Tac holster clips.
They are too thin, too small, and too expensive for what they are.
Can you get some kydex and make your own?

I've had great luck with the DeSantis J-hook clips. Very durable and discreet. I use them on most of my IWB holsters. I usually get the two or three hole height/cant adjusting from Midway

I've broken a couple DeSantis clips, replaced them with Comp-tac clips, and haven't broken any since.
