I'm confused, I cant tell a difference in firing the 147 and the 124 HST, But that's just me.YMMV
Ask a 100 people and you get a 100 different answers on the best ammo.
Myself now I get what law enforcement and FBI suggest.
My philosophy is load heavy for caliber.

OP, I'm jealous.
Not me I don't like the impulse of the standard pressure HST 147gr loads in my P30S
I would never thought it would have more recoil than my P229 40S&W / 180gr HST
So Im stuck with the easy to find loads like 124gr HST , Gold Dot 124 ,
Although not on the list. Doc said he would have a problem using those 2 above loads.

I can tell a difference between standard pressure 124gr and 147gr loads .
Could be because I'm sensitive .
I have arthritis. Decades of shooting and using my hands.
I like heavy calibers also that why I use / used 180gr HST in my soft shooting P229 40 S&W. 148grWC in 38spl/M642
But for the 9mm Service Pistol I prefer 124gr +P or a standard pressure 124gr load IF it gives good performance . HST 124gr
I also like the extra slide velocity . aids in reliability / feeding.
BTW NONE of the 9mm HST loads Fully pass ALL the FBI Barriers according to ATK owns testing.
I still prefer my P229 40S&W 180 HST /Ranger 180B
