I noticed something the last couple of times I cleaned my bodyguard 380.  When I went to clear the chamber the round didn't eject all the way out.  At first I thought I just didn't rack the slide hard enough.  Upon further inspection, rounds eject normally with one magazine and just kind of flop loosely without exiting firearm on the other magazine.

I assume this is a magazine issue.  Both magazines (and the weapon) have been used with no issue with about 150 rounds through the pair.  I haven't had a chance to verify with live fire.

Can a magazine cause a failure like this?  Am I missing something?
