Marksman thanks it's really the perfect carry gun in my eyes and I don't think it looks bad either but clearly beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Some jobs that you guys might agree look much worse than mine

Rob pincus chopped g23 (actually where I got the idea to chop my m&p)

Jeff bloovman of armed dynamics g19

And since it's an m&p thread and I was playing with the camera on my new iPhone (like it or not your going to see more of it on here lol)

I know.  I just don't consider the TLR-3 to be on the same level as the TLR-1 and X300.

I've never used the TLR-3 myself, I just know that it fits.  Been thinking about grabbing one for mine.

I've had a TLR 3 for longer then my tlr 1,APL, and x300. It is still going strong and on its first battery. Although I did break the mount many years ago they replaced it quickly and free. Been gtg since.

That Rob Pincus chop job looks like a someone locked a spastic monkey in a small box with a hacksaw and a Glock.  While it's not something I'd do with my guns, to each their own.  I will say the M&P at the bottom is the best looking of them all.

I need a blacked out rear sight on my defensive carry guns so I really like the 10-8 Performance U-notch rear, and I have Ameriglo front sights on all of my M&Ps without RMRs.

of course, but I meant 'base' as in dominant color.  In your photo it appears to be the silver/graphite.

It is a removable wedge, that tucks the grip against the body. Also as a bonus it provides a softer contact point against the body.

Love the non-laser version, but I will never understand why S&W came up with another M&P frame.  I think had they taken the same route Glock did with their 42, the Bodyguard would have been a home run!  There's so much to be said about a unified platform.
