It's the Performance Center 9L Ported CORE. It came from the factory with the ported barrel and lightening cuts on the slide.

Easier placement, better leverage, etc. I couldn't stand the hinged design of the M&P trigger and having already used the GlockKraft (and other) flat trigger, the Apex was much welcome in my 9c.

One of the big differences, though, is that your trigger pull can disturb the shot on a pistol more than on a long gun, so the difference that a flat trigger makes in accuracy is not as noticeable, at least not in my opinion.
