All 52s are like that, it's really stupid in an alluring way. The effort they put into each of these really shows, and it has the best trigger of any auto I've used so far

My new .40 S&W Shield with my beloved 3913.  It isn't as good as a 3rd Gen but it is a decent substitute for a 4040PD. Edit to add. Better photo of my .40 S&W Shield.

He kept right on carrying it until he couldn't no more and that was around 2005. Sadly, when the cancer advanced to the point that it affected his mental health. We had to take it away from him. It was hard. He later passed away from cancer that year. This year Dad is battling cancer and I've spent the last week next to him in the hospital. It is a tough fight but he is winning. So Dad figured it was time for me to have Abuelo's gun. This one is never being sold. I remember as a kid when Abuelo would come home and put a stack of cash and this revolver in his safe. Everyday, seven days a week he did that. Awesome, great story and great gun. There is a soft spot in my heart for short barrelled K frames. |
