Try the 800 number maybe... My first rebate is showing shipped on June 30...still waiting for it in the mail. Second doesn't show yet and its been about 3 weeks... |

Mine isn't showing up either, but I got an email from S&W apologizing for the delay in getting the rebate so I assume mine is in there somewhere.

All my rebates show an "Entry Date" on the Milano website, but nothing else showing approved, sent out, etc despite having received my first rebate check yesterday.

I submitted 4 rebates online during late May and early June. Got an email from S&W on June 22nd apologizing for delays and saying my submissions should be processed by July 31st. Just checked and nothing is showing on the Milano rebate site.

Website shows one rebate. I don't know which one it is the 45 or the 9mm? It's been on there for about a month. Only shows.

A guy that I work with bought 2 shields back in mid March.
He did his rebates by mail and got both back towards the end of June. |

Does the "shipped date" mean the date they mailed the check? Because it's been three weeks since the "shipped date" and I haven't seen a check in the mail
Edit: Submitted my rebate in April. It says "shipped date" 6/29/17 Edit 2: called the customer service line for Milano, and they said that's the date the check is printed, and it may take a while for it to actually be put into the mail, so it should be delivered soon. *shrug* |

Mine says "Invalid Receipt enclosed - Submission is being mailed back - please follow instructions."

Submitted my first online April 16th. The check arrived today. The status had changed to "mailed" almost a month ago.
My second from mid-May just showed up on the site earlier this week. I assume that one should be another month or so. |

I submitted mine on June 5th... not showing up in Milano system , I called just now, they said they wont see it yet from that time frame but they are working on it. ?

 S&W customer service line disconnected. Milano phone just tells you to hang up as it is full.

The lady asked me when I submitted, and then told me since it was late June (might have been very early July), to wait a few more weeks. As of right now it still isn't showing, but I'll call again in August. I gotta wonder how many callers (not you guys, just in general) are giving them shit with each voicemail, or even leaving a voicemail each day. We all know some people who are very tight on their finances would do that, lol. |

I've tried to submit 2 so far myself.
First one I got a confirmation email from S&W for, and shortly after that I could see a status for it on the milano site. Second rebate I've received no confirmation emails for, and no when I check the milano site, nothing at all comes up for me. Guess I'll have to try calling.

I submitted for my 4 rebates via the online portal, but never received any communication back acknowledging the submissons.
I tried calling the provided number, but like many have noted, unless you hit the sweet spot all you get is "mailbox is full". I said screw it, and sent in 4 paper submissions via snail mail on 7/31 (last day), so we'll see which ones actually pan out as being fulfilled. |

My first rebate finally came. Submitted it online on May 5, the website said entry date May 8, the shipped date was July 14, postmark was July 31 and it arrived at my house August 3.

I submitted my rebate two weeks ago today and it has not shown up on the site. Nor did I ever get a confirmation email from them. The rebates this milano runs are dildos. Springfield knows how to run large scale rebates, but fuck Springfield.
