I'm thinking about replacing the stock trigger in my M&P Pro. Most of what I read here is about the AEK Polymer trigger. Is there any benefit the Aluminum trigger has over the polymer trigger?

Nope. I have both, and the polymer version is more comfortable. Going forward I will only buy the poly version.

No advantage at all.

However, I would make an appeal to take a look at the Flat trigger with the FSS Kit if you're already going to Apex it.

That trigger is simply phenomenal.

I already have the hard sear and striker block installed.  How much improvement do you find you get with the AEK trigger?

The AEK Trigger won't do anything for the reset, but it will remove a decent amount of the pre travel that the crappy hinged trigger has. I liked it until I got the FSS kit.
