[ARCHIVED THREAD] - What magwell works with TTI base pads? MP9

I have been running taran tactical +5 base pads with my MP9. However, I can't seem to find a minimalist magwell that will work with them? The 10-8 won't and now seems to be discontinued all together. I have a Carver custom magwell (bigger than I want) and it still doesn't work. (Pin in front of TTI base pads seems to interfere)

Am just out of luck? Again speaking in terms of a small magwell, not so much a competition magwell.

I used the Speed Shooter Specialties magwells (ESP aluminum and brass). The first two I got a few years back worked great. The third, bought earlier this year, was too tight of a fit and needed considerable material removed for the basepad to clear. Give it a look, and make sure they will take it back if it does not work with your setup.

I have the SSS ESP on mine. It worked fine with the SSS basepad, but I had to do some pretty considerable material removal to fit my TTI extensions.

oh that sucks. i like it because its lower profile. not all big, bulky, and gaudy
