Last I recall they had it restricted to Fed LE, no state or local.

Quantico definitely offers it. But add in shipping and Ffl fees and I'm back up to retail. I'm gonna post this in NY hometown section. See if anyone in this horrid state has any good news for me.

Thanks Preemptive. Maybe there's hope after all. My local place sells S&W. They had a .40 but no 9. Hopefully all I need to do is find one and fill out the paperwork.

NP, My FFL had to order it but once I did the paperwork I think it took 2-3 days to process the order and ship but I live right next to mass (as do you) so that may have played a role in the speed. Overall I like the gun a lot but it had the FTE issue (which seems to be hit or miss), I'm anxiously awaiting it's return for retesting and hopefully carry duty as summer is upon us.... |
