Advanced Armament makes a couple variations now as well, a M13.5x1LH and a 1/2x28TPI |

I asked this same question not too long ago.

KKM.
One of the few brands that has been proven OVER THE YEARS to be reliable and increase the accuracy of the M&P. All of my M&P's have them. Including my defensive and duty ones. |

You can usually find factory threaded barrels on gunbroker. That's where I got mine and bout a 9L threaded barrel last night from storm lake

I just bought my 4th KKM barrel. They're spectacular for the price. They have such a price jump though, from non-threaded to threaded that this last one I bought is a Pro length that I'm going to thread myself for a 4.25" gun, since they don't do the silly relief cut on the diameter there's essentially no difference but length. |
