Are you sure you don't want to just do it yourself? I did my sheild and not only did it turn out great but I had fun. It only took a soldering iron and a few practice panels on a Pmag.

It takes me about an hour to do 360 degrees of the frame.

I practiced on a couple A2 AR grips and a couple P-Mags... I then did my MP9c. Turned out great and took less than 30 minutes to do a solid job on the pistol.

Looks good. I did mine as well...was very satisfied with it, until yesturday.
5 hours of uspsa stages in the 110° oklahoma sun and my middle finger was rubbed raw. It seems I made the stippling to aggressive, especially under the trigger guard,so I took a file to de-stipple it a bit. |

Same happened to me, a little sand paper smoothed my shield out great.

I learned real quick after stippling a few glocks first then M&Ps that sanding the texture away from right under the trigger guard helps alleviate any undue pain on my snatch (middle) finger.
You did a good job on yours Blacktide. |

Guess I should post a pic since I'm telling others to be brave and give it a shot. I'm happy so far. |
