Picked up this S&W 1905 3rd change today for $300. Round butt (someone along the way put square conversion grips on), 4” barrel. Serial number 236xxx puts it in the 1909-1915 range. Not in terrible shape for a ~108 year old gun. Looking forward to getting it cleaned up and taking it to the range. Also on the hunt for a set of round butt grips for it.

Amazing condition and was actually a real LEO's backup piece back in the day, down in Florida, as per the FFL dealer.
