I walked into a little gun shop and saw this gem for only $330. I didn't need it, wasn't looking for one but it was so nice I had to have it. Now I am very glad I did. It is a wonderful piece.

Smith Model 14 Target made in 1973.

Excellent score for that price...

The original pair of 29-2's, top is a 6", bottom is the prized 6-1/2":

The 6" in the picture above now looks like this for easier CCW;

The pics aren't so hot but here it is, my first double action revolver:

A Model 28-2.

The bluing is in excellant shape with just a small bit of wear around the muzzle but none on the edges of the cylinder. And the grips are just beautifully figured.

Just got home with it.

Just got my first S&W wheelgun yesterday. S&W 438 Airweight.

I have a strong urge for a 325PD now since I'm already set up for 45ACP reloading.

Love Smith revolvers, but only have two.
My '52 Combat Masterpiece. Yea, I need period grips (bought it used with ugly rubber grips)

And my first gun, so it's super special to me, my 65-5. It's been at my bedside since the early 90s.
