Been Googling, calling everybody that I can find, no luck.
These levers seem to be unobtainium; Nation wide "not in stock".

But, I did come up with a few questions...

Do other Beretta models use this same lever?
Are some of these levers made of metal?  If so, who made them?
Is this a common problem; I have never actually heard of this before, been messing with 92 types for a long while now...

Also, JIC...

Do other Beretta models use this same lever? Yes, the Cougar series.

Here you go OP. C54050

By the way Midwest gun works is good to go. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years on parts and typically they are my first stop when looking for Beretta parts. Now, how did you manage to break this part? Just curious, I've never seen or heard of one breaking.

Called Midwest yesterday, no joy.

I have no idea how I broke that thing.  I went out shooting twice this month.  First time maybe spent 600-625 rounds of tulammo, perfecta, and Winchester.   Shot without issue.  Did not clean it.  Took my oldest kid last Monday,  someone called cold, I told him to decock it, no hammer drop.

This gun has well over 20K on it.
1400 or so just this month, and its gonna get more tomorrow
