Anything that will for sure fit? I have had a couple holster that claim to work but don't do the best job either fitting around the rail or retaining the pistol.

Comp-Tac makes the international for the M9A1, I have one and it fits great.

Also, Wilson Combat has several IDPA approved holster models to fit Beretta on their website.
