1. Examine for burrs or obvious signs of wear that shouldn't be. 2. Shoot it? |

Just shoot it. My 92a1 was stiffer than woodpecker lips until a few hundreds round later.

This morning I stripped the pistol down, degreased it and checked it out. Yep, the new barrel/locking block is the newest one with the radial cuts on the corners. When sliding it in the frame all is good but a tad tighter than the factory one. BTW, the gun has less than 500 rounds through it. I'll get it to the range soon. |

Shot it this past Sunday and it shot fine. The 25 yard six 8" plate rack was easily cleaned.
