I'm waiting on an M9 from the link you posted right now actually.

Placed the order Monday on an "in stock" item.  Finally got a tracking number generated yesterday (4 days later) but it doesn't appear to have actually shipped yet and probably won't till Monday since they are closed over the weekend.

Took all week to actually make contact with someone by phone, emails went unanswered.   They say all of the employees were gone all week on business but who knows.  Maybe I just had bad luck with my timing but I typically expect an in stock item to ship within the day or at least the next business day.  I'm not writing them off yet, they have great prices.  If I get it within the week I'll be happy.

Basically what I'm saying is, do you want it now or are you OK potentially waiting a couple of weeks?

I'd buy new, if I were you. No warranty on used ones

I'd buy the new gun in that case.

Hell, I bought the newer Beretta 92 Trident for $499 local. Even a few dollars cheaper online. Comes with a skeletonized hammer and wooden grips. The hammer is like $40 if you buy it separately. And, I sold the wooden grips for like $35, and put some Hogues on it.

Here is what the gun looks like with the wooden grips:
