I did a very long initial impression, range report, range comparison shoot, and follow up comparison shoot review.

Basically,
The Wilson, the M9A1, and the Elite II with VZ grips are the best shooting in the hand gun.
The Elite IIs came with some plastic parts, which make the Wilson superior, although the EII had front serrations and no rail.
The M9A1 cannot dovetail the front sight, no Brigadier slide, and FS configuration instead of G.
If Beretta puts out a Brig G upper on an M9A1 frame (for rail fans), and the same upper on a Elite II frame (for no rail fans) with all metal parts,
they will have hit it out of the part and can probably MSRP about 2/3 the Wilson Price.
I like to run factory, metal guide rods in my Berettas.
The 92A1 has a capture recoil rod/spring from the factory which works fine, but makes it not swap/compatible with any but the 90-two gun that uses the same system.
Also, the 92A1 has no checkering and no beveled mag well.
As for carry..
I have summed it up here.
