I'm at the age where I have trouble seeing handgun sights if I don't wear glasses and have trouble seeing the target if I do. I'm debating whether to put large night sights on my M92A1 or a reflex sight. Can I slide out the rear sights and slide in a mount for a reflex sight or will mounting a reflex sight require some milling or drilling? What do the rest of you suggest?

If you google, there are a few slide-in mounts for specific dot sights.

Just a spoiler warning if you haven't tried them yet.  If you have, just flush it.  Red dot sights aren't especially all that great for old eyes either.  Aimpoints look like an octopus to me.  Someone says it has to do with astigmatism though.  For me, it's best if it's either irons or scope of some sort.

If that is a the case, maybe a laser?  Or fiber optic front post?

If the red dot works for you though, more power to you.
