Yep, I think you can get ambidextrous safety parts from Numrich.  Not entirely sure, but I think you need both halves of the safety, the ambidextrous hammer pin, and new grips with the cutout for the right side of the safety.

As for instructions, I'm not going to be much help there.  Check Youtube?
