I haven't had any issues with mine, then again I've only fed it around 40 rounds of Federal Hydra-Shok...not exactly an exhaustive test.

I have a P320 compact in 45acp and I have put over 300 rounds of my hand load with Longshot powder and 230 grain Hornady XTP with no problems . Pistol was taken out of the box and I installed the Apex flat advanced trigger and shot without cleaning . 100% flawless function and accurate .

Never heard of the 45acp 320's not working with HP ammo. From my own experience I've shot and seen others shoot various HP duty ammo thru the 45's. Duty ammo used was either Ranger 230 +P or Hornady Critical Duty 220+P. It was not a huge volume of duty ammo, but enough to make the weapons functioned and it was several different 320's both full sized and carry.

My compact has worked flawlessly with standard pressure gold dot 185 and 230 and HST 230. It doesn't like Pow'RBall 165 grain +p for shit.
