It seems the 17 rd, 9mm P320 mags are becoming hard to find and may become harder once Gov't contract production starts.

I just picked up a 320 fullsize this weekend but haven't had a chance to shoot it. I've found two sources for mags...should I buy now or wait until after I've had a chance to shoot it and run the risk of them being out of stock?

One of my locals, Accurate Law Enforcement, has multiple in stock if you do need them.

You missed the recent Midway sale $31/17 or 15rnd mags. Shoot straight has 21rnd mags if you want. 21rnd

What do you get waiting? If you don't like the gun and choose to resell the mags will hold their value. The full size is getting hard to find for a reasonable price and you'll have no problems getting rid of it.

I wonder if the newfound interest since we're adopting it will create enough demand that they can start lowering the prices.

Just as a follow up...all of the factory mags I bought from Quantico say "Made in Italy" ie. MecGar manufactured. The ones that came with the gun say made in USA, supposedly by Checkmate. Frankly I have more faith in the Italian made ones.
