I bought a Sig 1911 yesterday. It's my first 1911 and I love it. 150rds so far of cheap ball, and it's been flawless. It'll really get put through the ringer tomorrow.

Here's the deal. I've tried finding mine on the website and can't. It's a 5" nickel finish with rail. No front rail stippling. Came factory with night sites. What model do I have? Why doesn't SIG list all of them on the website?

Oh, also this is my 2nd SIG. I also have a FDE P320C in .40. Love it, too.

I have no idea either.  I have seen a few models of Sigs that aren't on their website.  I just saw a P238 (or 938) that was Robin Egg colored slide and stainless frame (appeared to be).

I haven't spent any more time looking up the model, but I have been shooting it.

I cleaned and oiled it out of the box and have put 500rds through it since then. 350 of those today. Smooth as silk! I'm extremely pleased

Might be a limited run for a distributor.

Enjoy it, SIG makes very good 1911s.

Sig's website does not accurately represent the available product line.

Look on the side of the box if you want to know the product number.

It will look something like "1911-45-XXX", and special variants may have more variables after 1911.
