I picked up a new Sig P220R and P220 R Carry this week. I have had 220's in the past but these new ones made in August 2016 hang up on removing and re installing the slides. It seems like the guide rod is hanging up on the frames . I have checked and made sure it was seated but it hangs up on both of them. Looks like a plastic guide rod in both. Otherwise they are great but all my previous 220's were butter smooth on take down and putting the slide on.
