I need a holster recommendation for a non railed p229. I am looking for owb. Can anyone recommend a good gun belt as well?

Kydex: Raven Phantom OWB with the Pancake Wings, or anything from JM Custom Kydex. My belts are all Wilderness 5 Stitch. If it's leather you seek, anything that says Milt Sparks is gtg.

I use a Wilderness Instructor belt and a Galco Side Snap Scabbard holster for my M11, which I believe is the same as a non railed 229.

Open carry or concealed? I really like my Safariland 6377 ALS for when I can open carry my P228.

Beltman makes very rugged, high quality belts for carrying.

i got my belt 50% off at Christmas from http://www.bullhidebelts.com looks like mine is 69 now. it was 55 ish$

a holster i have been a fan of is the desantis thumb break scabbard. needs to be broken on most likely but its an excellent holster and doesn't hurt my back like most IWB do

If you're still looking, I highly recommend the Alessi CQC-S. I have one for a railed P229 and it also works great with a non-railed P228.
