Make sure you understand that Sig POA/POI reference is a 6 o'clock hold, meaning the rounds should hit right at the top of the front sight post. If this is where your POA is and they are hitting above that, then consider a .taller front sight, which will bring your POI down. Here is the Sig sight measurement table. You can use this to dial in your POA/POI and compare it to other sight manufacturers measurements to dial in your pistol. Taller front sights bring your POA/POI down. Taller rear sights bring your POA/POI up. My 320 has #8 both front and rear and the impact point it directly at the top of the front sight out to about 15 yards. At 25 it is a tad higher than the front sight.
