Browsed the web, but found nothing on whether they are metric or standard...

P227 is a .45 ACP and uses a .578x28 thread pitch which is pretty universal for .45 ACP.

Firedragon has 9mm barrels for the P226 in both 13.5x1mm LH and 1/2X28 RH.

All my threaded barrels are Sig factory.  The .45 barrels are .578x28 and the 9mm ones are the 13.5x1mm LH.

there are factory sig barrels with american threads but they are hard to find
