Where did you order yours from, and is it the latest tactical model?  (looks like sig night sights, which I don't see on the website).

I have the older X-Five tactical, and a friend of mine is looking for one but cant find one.

Can you use standard 226 mags in yours, or does the magwell prevent that?

Here are the newer models, notice the "E" in the model number.  Some are showing up on gunbroker, euro optic, etc.  Not sure if the Match series are out though.  There was post in this forum a month or so ago and a guy had the newer x5 or x6 model that he got from a gun store in FL.

Edit-
Link to the older thread I mentioned above.

Picked up mine last October and they've been around since last August I believe.

What isn't around yet is the host of modular accessories that were supposed to accompany these new pistols, and there is no release date in sight.

That being said, the pistol has been outstanding.

If my PVS14 habit wasn't taking priority right now, I'd have an X-5 Tactical

I really want one.

The magwells can be removed but ya they prevent all 'regular' 226 mags.  Some people have filed their mags to make them work.

Standard P226 mags work just find. They are just a pain to get seated.

I have a new gereration X5 Tactical chambered in .40

My P226 MecGar mags work just fine in it. You can even use the MecGar +2 baseplate to make a 15 round magazine. You just have to trim the sides of the baseplate down slightly.

Looks awesome. Couldn't find any on slickguns so I assumed the newer ones hadn't come out yet.

Standard mec gar 20 round (18+2baseplate) work fine in my original x 5 but the  baseplates  need to be shaved a bit in order to fit in the new x line pistols because their mag wells are slightly different.

My older X5L1 takes all my regular 226 Mags just fine. They need to be inserted a little harder to seat properly though.
