awesome 226 there.

How exactly did you come to be in possession of such a specimen?  Were there....others like it?

I do not believe there are many of these in the country.  I have never heard of or seen one before.  It is a thing of beauty.

There are only ten that came to the USA.  These were made for the Special Forces in Norway and there were 10 that were sitting at Sauer in Germany when a contact at Exeter visited and requested they be sent over here.  We were fortunate to had two and another dealer picked up the other eight.  It is very rare for us to receive all stainless all black pistols from Germany.  Normally they are coated in the black Ilaflon but these were finished in PVD.  It is an awesome coating and one that we will see more of in the future.  You have an awesome pistol that is another fine example of the MASTERSHOP

Awesome looking Sig.

However, I for some reason have to laugh at "Norwegian Special Forces".

I have worked extensively with NORSOF.  I would suggest you re-think your comment.  These cats can shoot, they are brave, and they are most competent.

I've never heard of that version of the X5 before. What is the barrel length?

It looks gorgeous and judging by the test target, its a shooter too.
It appears to have a short trigger, does it have an SRT trigger as well?

Look at the shot group on that test target. And that's with a DA/SA trigger. It looks better than a lot of the SAO X-5 pistol test targets I've seen.

Great gun you got there.

What is the barrel length?
Does it have a standard DA/SA trigger or does it have the SRT trigger?

I will be keeping my Norway.  However, I know where two others went and my guess is that they will show up on Gunbroker soon.

Nice! I love my X-Five tactical.

Is it going to be a shooter?

Is it the photo or my eyes? That looks shorter than my X5.

I work part time at an indoor range and shoot around a dozen three gun matches a year.  I am going to attempt to wear it out.
