New to me, 1990 P226. Got this from my LGS I work at, trading my 2022. Still had the box with her, and a lot of character wear. Took a cold blue pen to get to this point. Does she rattle? Yup...Do I get great groups? Yup. Getting the updated "226" grips tomorrow, and ordering the Short Reset Trigger installed shortly. After that, EDC and rounds downrange.

My wife got me a mk25 for my birthday, not totally digging the anchor, but it shoots real nice. I need to do an SRT.

Those are all ridiculously gorgeous, and as others have mentioned my pants have tightened considerably. But the upper left one in particular, what is the story on that and how do I go about getting one? Custom work done or was it directly from Sig like that? X5 or X6? More pics?

The original matte finish was a bit oxidized so I decided to "lightly" clean it up with a little Mother's Mag Wheel polish and a microfiber cloth. It's now a bit shinier than I wanted, but a fine-looking pistol, nonetheless.

Picked up the Full P320 today, and in .45 ACP.

Got tired of waiting for a VP45 from HK and needed a striker .45 ACP to replace the USP45 on night stand duty.

Very nice!! On a side note, how are you liking your rmr setup on the compact now that you've had it quite a while? I know you're primarily into your VP9s but if you got quite a bit of trigger time on the compact rmr I'd like to hear your thoughts (can take it to PM so we don't clutter the pic thread)

Thanks.

At first it took a learning curve for me to use it like it's intended to be used. My POI from POA changed after the install and it took me several boxes of ammo to figure it out and adapt to it.

My draws are the same, but it takes what feels like forever to put rounds on target because instead of focusing in the front and then aligning it with the rear, I'm having to place both the front and rear along with the dot before I can open fire. I feel that if I took an advanced course from a qualified instructor for one on one training, this may be improved upon.

Other than that, my biggest issue right now is finding a holster that I like so that I can get out with this gun and see if I can self correct things myself. If only Blade Tech would release a Total Eclipse for the 320 (which has enough of an opening to fit the RMR), I would be set.

I will say from a positive note that the further you take this combination past the 15, the better your groupings will be.

Would you like to try and come up to to central AZ and cool off in my area and try it out? I have the ammo and mags for it. PM me if you'd like.

This is the stock that ships OEM on MCX now.

Can also be purchased separately:  STOCK-X-FOLD-TELE-BLK (or replace 'BLK' with 'FDE' for the FDE model)

My "new" P225, it was a Swiss police pistol from 1986.

Just got done with a thorough cleaning, adding Trijicons, replaced all springs and grip screws, and reblued the slide.

Perfect.
Thank you. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Some of the slide wear still shows through adding some character, but most of the smaller scratches came right out. Shoots just as good as my new M11A1 too.
