Sent in my gen4 19 at the end of May... Gave them a call the other day to see if they had an eta since I'll be going away on vacation in about 5 weeks and the rep looked it up and said it should be done within 3 weeks. It was the full Urban build... I honestly can't wait to get it back! Have felt naked without my 19... CSB and all that... Just sharing my excitement.
I'll just update here... Since the last call when they said a few weeks I was told it was back and should be done this past weds after test fire and cleaning... called back Friday since I'm leaving Monday... and was told that they're waiting on my slide to get done then test fired/cleaned etc...(guess it wasn't back when they said it was) will be starting week 18 on Monday from a 12-13 week original quoted turnaround time from when I got the call to confirm the work order when they received it. Yeah... I know I'm bitching... but I like being given correct information regarding my stuff when I put out well over a grand for a service. Additional update for the tldr... they didn't stipple my frame... at all... said I canceled it and only ordered the slide/trigger work. frame being sent back and expedited. |

I cannot fathom any reason to spend so much money on a Glock.....
That being said ... I really want one as well, congrats OP. Post pictures when you get it. |

I used to think Agency's were overpriced and no way I would consider putting that into a Glock.
Then I started getting things done to one of mine. Right now I have over $1300 in it and still have stock internals. It's not hard to do. |

If I was going to spend the money it would definitely be with Agency.

Not to rain on your parade, just a heads up. If you haven't seen it Military Arms Channel posted pictures of an Agency Arms slide that had cracked because they machined too deep into the slide. This caused my BIL to look at his and his was worse then MAC's.

Yeah, they immediately issued an apology and made the customer & MAC whole. This. Agency didn't give a damn until someone with a large following called them out. I had an issue with one of their magwells having the screw hole drilled crooked. Agency pretty much said "fuck you", and that all their stuff is QC'd before leaving the facility, and that it was impossible. I was made whole by the dealer I purchased from, after I waited a month for them to restock. Agency makes a nice trigger and magwell, but never again. I'll give my money to Overwatch Precision and ZEV. In reference to the cracking - There is a reason why companies like ZEV, Jagerwerks, etc don't remove material from that area on factory slides. It's a known weak point. |

If it makes you feel better. The NOC was supposed to be available "Immediately following SHOT." I ordered mine in March and still don't have it. Agency currently can't even provide a shipping estimate on them.

YMMV of course but the scorpion just felt too "plastic" for my tastes, I wonder about the quality of materials/construction. Plus the AR functions/controls of the MPX and the piston system helped me make up my mind. It is a tad heavy, but well balanced with the brace attached and just plain shoots. |

Called today, Gun went out this morning. Still waiting on the magwell to be coated from Blowndeadline they said 2ish weeks and I told them to just send the gun now and send the magwell when it's done.

$1,500 Glocks defeat one of the biggest selling points of the design.
3 Stock Glock 19s > 1 Agency Glock 19. |

I loved my Field 19.
I sold my slide since I don't ever plan to use an RMR. I think Agency is a good company, but the work is a bit overpriced (the cerakote guy (BDL) is definitely one of the best in the business. I've just now seen great slide work for $400 cheaper than their $800, and great grip work that was $100 cheaper. But they were the only game in town for a nice gas pedal, AND had a 6-8 week turnaround, I sent mine in. Today, I'd definitely send a slide to one place a frame to another. * I still think their trigger is top of the line, along with Overwatch, and their magwell is also my favorite. -- They ALWAYS responded to me on Facebook, and I even got calls from them when I mentioned on their FB page that the 13# RSA setup wasn't reliable. The gunsmith (and one of their shooters--Paul?) begged to send me a shipping label and let them work on it and make it perfect (but I said I was fine with the OEM RSA). |

I got my gun back on the 12th. Still waiting on the magwell to be coated and sent to me as it wasn't done but the gun was together so I just had them send the gun because I was sick of waiting. It was a total of 26 weeks with custom cerakote.
