My friend that shoots a lot of pistol competitions says his 19C with a Sprinco recoil rod and spring is the flattest shooting pistol he owns (including a 17C and gen 4 G34 with Glock C ports).  And he owns A LOT.

Holy COW, man!  Your Glock collection is SWEEEEEET!

Man oh man, I wish you were one of my shooting buddies!

Did you ever find out if the breech to port measurement was the same on the 34 as the 17C?

I've owned a lot of Glocks mostly 19s and 26s the one 27 and the one 19c. I miss the 19c but had to sell for family needs at the time. I know they have their place and their faults but I loved that thing. I always wanted a reg. barrel for HD and the c barrel for fun, plus you rarely see people with the c models shooting.

The only "C" model I ownis a G19C. It shoots great. It was like new when I got it. (Still is).

It si the most expensive Glock I have ever bought. It was G40/41 MOS money with some left over.

But, find a like new, hardly used G19C and see what it sells for; if you can find one in like new condition.

Thanks, A_I.  So when are you going to stop teasing us with pics and give us some range reports and comparisons between models???

Honestly, might be a month or so - I'm in the middle of switching things up career-wise, so spare time is hard to come by. Should have a lot more spare time towards the end of September.

Has anyone else besides A_I tried out the ported S3F barrels?

On a side note, my shooting buddy tried out my 21C for the first time.  He was amazed and remarked that the 21C shot softer than his 4th gen G17! I think the 21C is really underrated.

Has anyone here ever competed with a "C" model Glock?

I don't compete much, but I plan on using the 17C the next time I do a 2-gun or steel pistol match.

Not yet, but I plan on getting one for a G34 as soon as I get my hands on a G34.

onealphay2k,

That's a great pic!!  Which ammo (or if reloads, which powder) were you using?

Me too.  Would love to hear of a range report if you beat me to it.

Thanks, took that photo of my Father shooting my G23C recently on my iPotato.  I just kept clicking in hopes of capturing the blast and one out of 20 photos captured it.  The ammo was Speer Lawman Frangible that come in the dark green box.  I can check the actual grain later if you like.

No need to check - I was just curious, as I have never seen that hue of red from a muzzle blast.  I also like the combination of sparks and flame.  I doubt I'll ever buy any frangible ammo.  Have you shot any of the other C Glocks?
