A Vickers RTF2 frame redone with waffle texture, a double undercut, glove bevels, and a mag release scallop.

I found that wet sanding with some oil (versus water) really cut down on the time and effort needed for polishing this colored frame. Attachment Attached File

I just noticed the old school stippling on the top of that slide. Any more pics or info on that? I like it.

Im curios, if you mess up stippling can you just sand it back down and start over, or is it a one and done project?

Depends on how deep it is.  You can always fill it in with epoxy and do grit or textured epoxy stippling as well.

You just need to melt it back smooth with a spade bit in the wood burner.  I've redone several pistols this way.  That way you aren't thinning anything down.  Only takes a few minutes and long smooth passes to smooth it all back out.

Looks like I'm gonna have to touch up the stippling on the left side flat but otherwise I'm happy with the way this one turned out...left the stippling high on the grip as I'm still debating a possible magwell

Thank you. No frame work yet but there is internal work along with our NDZ slide and Zaffiri barrel. As well our own cerakoted pins, and extended break down lever cerakoted in green. And our +2 magazine plate. Also pictured is our own rear slide plate
