The G19 barrel fits in my 26 just fine but has anyone put a substantial amount of rounds through the combo without any problems?
To me it's the perfect combo, very concealable, light-weight, and the velocity of a mid-sized auto.

IIRC, this is done in Canada frequently to overcome the barrel restrictions there.
But I could be wrong. |

I know that's one way to get a threaded factory barrel. Never heard of any problems w/ it.

I highly doubt anyone you shoot will be able to tell the difference of 50 FPS.

I already have it so it's a way better choice to me than dropping $100+ on a new 26 barrel. Gaining the extra 50fps puts the icing on the cake!

Know a guy who did the same thing to a G34. I now stock an extra G34 barrel and an extra G26 barrel just in case it ever happens in any of mine! Hope not, tho...
